Initially, the team would gather all necessary information about IBM’s SaaS offerings, focusing on security aspects in the cloud environment. This involved collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.

Structure and Layout

Writing and Editing
Professional writers drafted the content, ensuring clarity and precision. The language used was tailored to to the target audience, with technical jargon kept to a minimum or being well-explained.

Incorporating Interactive Elements
Internal hyperlinks were strategically placed to allow user to jump to relevant sections, enhancing the interactivity and user experience of the eGuide.

Final Review and Launch
The eGuide under went a final review by the client team to ensure all elements were functioning as intended. Once approved, it was made available globally on several websites.
